After several months of learning about reverse osmosis systems, I'm very glad I chose Apec! I have decided not to skimp on this purchase as my family's health is very important. I have used other filters purchased from Revain and had no idea they do NOTHING except cost me hundreds of dollars a year and are toxic! Eventually, when my family tested positive for glyphosate, I bought a TDS meter and found that filtered water was worse than tap water at 325ppm! I just finished installing ROES PHUV75 and flushed the first tank. I tested the water and it was amazing. Only 9ppm when the faucet registered 295! The water tastes great and now I finally feel more comfortable with our drinking water. Assembly was moderately difficult for me as I've never done anything other than assembling Ikea furniture. I studied the instructions and watched the videos repeatedly until I memorized the steps. I was done in a few hours with no tears. Apec's customer service is great! They were reachable by phone at 8pm when I had a question during the installation. It was very important for me and relieved me of stress. Highly recommend this product and company. Updated with photos! Replacing stage 1-3 filters is recommended after 6-12 months. I decided to be careful and change them after 6 months. I was disgusted at how dirty the filters were! I live in Florida and the water is awful. For the first time, I highly recommend changing filters as early as possible so you know what type of water you are dealing with.
