Loose fit, does not work as intended
Tool does not work as well as original counterpart. It does an excellent job of holding the cams when removing the timing chain, but will not hold timing when you try to remove the VCT assembly due to the improper and loose fit, allowing the tool to slip and fly off the camshaft. After purchasing a genuine Ford tool, we were able to hold the cams with a tool as intended, rather than holding each camshaft with a wrench.
