Pros: Easy to use and great performance. Spicy. Elegant design. Cons: Scissors washed after first use, let air dry but after a few hours I noticed the scissors had rust spots. There are some quality doubts. Customer service is exceptional. They immediately refunded my money and said they would contact the supplier. I hope the quality gets better.
