This is my second time using a Hauswirt food processor. First, the splash guard doesn't stay attached. There are three plastic pieces attached to it. They are not suction cups and hardly attach to the car. The splash guard will fall off and get caught in the dough or on the sides of the machine. There is a strange grinding noise when you lift the mixing head to attach the nozzle. When you turn on the blender, you'll think someone started a lawn mower in your house. The noise is terrible! I've never heard anything like it. Not much mixing on the sides or bottom and you spend too much time cleaning the bowl. And get everything you've ever dropped on the whisk with a squirt. I wasn't impressed with the speed of mixing. A cheese grater works great on the other hand. If I hadn't waited so long to use it that my husband ripped open the packaging I would have sent it back. It's terrible! Don't buy this!
