The implementation team was responsive, friendly & knowledgeable in their field of expertise. Highly recommend! Their knowledge is comprehensive as well - I've seen them deal with some very specific cases that we weren't able to tackle ourselves (like an extremely large data set). They were also flexible enough for us when our initial scope changed somewhat before it ever got implemented or even started working properly -- they quickly adapted so all went smoothly from thereon out. We are currently implementing several use-case scenarios using Pardot's Marketing automation platform across multiple customer segments via custom campaigns targeting different sets customers within each segment through various channels such as email marketing/newsletters etc..
