Took for a laptop. Worked for a year with almost no complaints. From the very beginning, the not-so-silent scroll wheel was annoying. A year later, the right mouse button began to act up. Contacted support. I received standard recommendations for reinstalling the software, blow it out with compressed air, and then all this garbage according to their training manual. Nothing, of course, helped. An MX1000 is connected to a stationary computer, it has been working well for 14 years. I threw 590 into the table, where it lay for almost a year. Decided to revive the mouse. I ordered silent buttons from the Chinese brothers (the main thing is not to be greedy and not to take cheap ones). They sent 10 pieces (you need to order 7.3 mm). Soldered the button and, voila, everything works again. Next in line is m220, where the left button does not work.
