Review on Fanimation WR502WH Fan Controls, White - 2.02x4.57x2.76 inches by Will Jenkins

This wall mounted controller was purchased to run a Fanimaton (torch) fan, model number FP8458MW. This wall control does not work. We have since received two replacements directly from the company. These don't work either. A completely new room including electricity to run this wall was done by a licensed electrician. The electrician also installed two spare units. We ended up resorting to a simple remote control that came with the fan. So far, so good. Unfortunately I think it took too long to receive my refund through Revain. Update: I spoke to CSR at the local lighting company where I bought the fan. She said it didn't work because the cable was being used and was too thick to carry the signal.
