As expected. Usually they wear size 10 but they took XL. Definitely keeps you warm, but doesn't let you breathe. It was normal when standing or walking in cold temperatures. I started to sweat very quickly while snowshoeing and skating in it and felt very uncomfortable because it didn't "wick away moisture" as promised. I don't usually sweat even that much so it's not meant for physical exertion but it will keep you warm on a winter trip.
