This humidifier worked quite well for a while. The app controls were quite efficient and had some nice features. But when I switched to a new router, my humidifier stopped connecting to my phone so now I can't control it. I can't even turn off that stupid blue light until I turn off the whole device. I've tried many things but it seems like it's not possible to reconnect, so mostly useless. The "support" functions in the app are a joke, and the "feedback" function doesn't even work (won't file a ticket), so I can't ask the company for help. Don't buy this - it's not worth the disappointment.
