As you can see in the photo it is connected to my network but not compatible with Google or Alexa at all. Even a pro-stage application loses the device as soon as you close it, and you have to re-add it every time. Useless.

Very low steam output. The night light doesn't work. Humidity control buttons do not work. I have a newer Wi-Fi router that uses the same network name for both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks and all 2.4GHz only devices work fine with it except it says, that it's a 5GHz network (which is wrong) and wins. Don't even let me get on with the setup. Will return.

First impression was why the new block had the packaging torn off. Second impression was that it took several attempts to connect to my network. Third impression was that Alexa thinks it's a vacuum cleaner and registers it as unresponsive in the Alexa app, but I can turn it on and off by voice command. This humidifier worked quite well for a while. The app controls were quite efficient and had some nice features. But when I switched to a new router, my humidifier stopped connecting to my phone so now I can't control it. I can't even turn off that stupid blue light until I turn off the whole device. Pros: I like the amount of water and how quiet it is when the heating element is clean. The application is very convenient. You can program and turn it off from your phone. Cons: Comes with a cleaning brush BUT no instructions on how to clean the interior/heater parts. That's why I deducted a star. Humidifier unit issues: 1. It beeps constantly and loud enough to wake a person when the water runs out (this unit wakes us up in the middle of the night was the last straw that prompted us to return). 2. I bought this device to flash Tasmota on it so I can control it with Home Assistant. I was able to successfully flash it (with some soldering and operations) and it works great.
