I haven't actually used any of the 4-pack in my most recent purchase. But, I've bought these before, and they work as good as the original spools.

I needed them for my Black and Decker weed trimmer. I can only find them at Home Depot, sometime. This was a great value for the money.

This is the most frustrating brand I’ve ever bought of these trimmer strings. I have to stop and reload ever few minutes because they are poorly wound on the spools.

With so many rainy days, I was unable to try the weed eater string, and past the date to return. It doesn't fit a black and decker weed eater. It says "it's compatible" but it didn't fit mine. the spool part is just too big to fit in the holder.

The spools were perfect in every respect. We had been paying "name-brand" price for the trimmer spools and these were a fraction of the cost. Great product! Oh, and the arrived the next day.

This weed cutting cord is poorly wrapped on the spool so it breaks frequently. It is the only cord that I have found that fits my weed cutter.

This weed eater pre wrapped string was purchased for a Black and Decker Grass Hog. Installation was normal, it takes a little strength to remove the used spool.

I went through THREE of the 4-spools in the shipment, for ONE JOB (managed to cut my small yard before the 3rd wire ran out unexpectedly)! I was cutting my front yard, which with the Black & Decker factory-made product, I was able to cut my back, side, AND large back yard with ONE SPOOL. Installed easily on my GH1100 and worked just fine. Only used it once, but very happy so far. About half the cost per spool as buying the name brand replacement!

Lowe’s stop selling this model refill which is the only one that will fit my trimmer. Thankfully I was able to get these! They fit and function perfectly! Would recommend.

Works great, all 4 came. In good shape, fits my GH1100 perfectly. Will purchase again when I finally learn now to trim along fences.

Arrived super fast. Fit the trimmer. Snapped it in, weed whacking in 5 minutes. Now I have 2 extra on hand. The spools may damage the trimmer during use!

There are 2 things wrong with these loaded spools. FIrstly, the line cannot take the heat and it continually fuses to itself inside then spool so it won't unwind. Secondly I had a spool that was wound incorrectly so the line was knotted over itself. So poor line quality and poor winding. I wound up putting quality line on the spools and throwing the supplied line in the trash.

I was super excited to find these, but they are very low quality. The string breaks easily sending shards flying. Also the string is poorly wound so that it crosses over itself, gets stuck and has to be "adjusted" often. Will not be using or buying again.

These spools don't work well for the GH1100 trimmer. The mechanism will eat through the line in no time at all. I can't get more than a few hundred feet of actual trimming done per spool. As another review says, this is a no-value purchase. Try something else.

I am unable to get this at any store for my Worcester anymore. These seem to be great, but in the Worcester, they go extremely fast. Spools I bought at a local store with the Black n Decker label on them would do about 1/2 of my yard before needing replacement with 6 inches or so spinning out at the end. These spin out rapidly, often having to stop rewind string so it doesn't wrap around the motor. Wastes about 18 inches at end of spool instead of 6. Takes more than 4 of these to complete my…

delivery was prompt.packaged well and price reasonable .not easily installedcartridge does not easily snap into place as the original Black Decker did.must maneuver the cartridge in order to seat for proper use

This grass trimmer (B&D Grasshog XP), is the best I've ever had, but is no longer available. Like some other owners, I've kept it in good shape, and decided to defer the cost of buying new reels by winding my own. Somehow, I lost my spare reel and decided to buy some pre-wound and use those for my spares. these are perfect, and arrived two - days early.
