First impression was why the new block had the packaging torn off. Second impression was that it took several attempts to connect to my network. Third impression was that Alexa thinks it's a vacuum cleaner and registers it as unresponsive in the Alexa app, but I can turn it on and off by voice command. Ready to try a few days and see how it works. . If it works, I don't care about scratched packaging. UPDATE - don't waste your money. Would give 0 stars if it were possible. I'm glad I could return.
