Review on Convert Experiences by Joshua Douglas

I like the fact that you can actually see the progress of each customer and their experience. It's helpful to see exactly where we are in the process. It's not always clear where we are in the process. I also like the fact that you can go back and change an experience. I dislike that I haven't been able to use the tool as much as I would like. I would like to see more features for the tool. I would also like to be able to add more than one customer to a single campaign. I am solving problems related to customer experience and retention. I am also solving problems related to our overall customer experience.
