I can't help but wonder if this is a dog or cat toy too.

Yes, this teether is PVC, BPA, latex and lead free. But the first thing that struck me when I opened it is that all the remotes have dog bones and fish shapes and on the back all the differently shaped holes look like a place to put treats for puppies and kittens to catch fish be able. LAUGH OUT LOUD. My observation could be completely wrong, maybe a coincidence? But to be honest my 1 year old always wants a remote control and it's close enough to reality to keep her entertained. But if we decide to have a puppy or a kitten in the future, we can backorder this product haha.
