Review on Talent Pool Builder by David Bott

The ability for my team members in our organization to access it at any time from anywhere makes this software very useful! This has been one of those programs I didn't really like when we first got but now after using it consistently its grown on me. We've used other similar apps before (like Teamwork) where you had to log into them via your computer which was not ideal if someone needed immediate assistance with something or they were away from their desk. But since TPB allows us remote users to login directly through our mobile devices without having to go back home/office etc, it's great benefit especially during busy times such as holidays period.
