The packaging of this product is very, very good. Comes in a white box with tabs and when you open this outer box the frame is cello wrapped and has a strategically placed square of foam to protect the glass. The product itself is exactly as pictured and as expected. The pivots holding the frame back are a bit difficult to turn by hand (with your fingernails), but they come loose immediately. There is a toothed bracket for hanging equipment that we received, it wasn't installed properly. The bracket was attached to the bottom of the frame (on the back). So if you hang the frame on the wall as is, the mother's words on the front will be up and upside down. To solve this problem, either place the frame on a table or remove the sawtooth mount and properly replace it. A Phillips screwdriver, a drill, a small drill for pilot drilling will solve the problem.
