For what it is this is a great monitor and a lot of people I know have and love it, but while it's 5k, which sounds like a lot, it's 5K over a huge range. So the picture quality of this 5K will be nowhere near the equivalent of a 27" Apple 5K display (which I also bought and returned -> can't dim the screen or control the monitor at all if you're using Windows like me) - so underm Bottom line: I bought two smaller 4K high-resolution screens, then you basically have 8K in the same range as this LG 5K delivers. It's much clearer. I chose Innocn because it has the most pixels per inch and is 5K in game mode. There's a mini-LED button (local dimming) so when the display is black it's very close to OLED, no screen burn-in. In addition, the kink annoys me a bit, since the two slightly slanted screens give me a clear view of each screen, depending on which screen I'm looking at. Apps also load on the same screen, so apps don't have to constantly scale.
