Review on 🔋 Clean + Easy Non-Laser Personal Electrolysis: Permanent Hair Removal - Battery Operated by Candace Parker

My first session worked great. One "needle" was bent, but I fixed it and ordered a few more. My second session, about a month later (I had to wait for my hair to come back) was terrible. While the device turns on and beeps when I check the needle, it doesn't work when inserted into my hair follicle. I changed the battery, used new needles, still nothing. THE PROBLEM is that I have contacted the company TWICE and no response. I gave them much more than the 2 days of waiting required. I understand faulty products and was willing to work with them, but apparently they don't care. If you could choose negative stars mine would be minus 10!
