The Lemcase pizza cutter has one thing that I can hardly find in other circle cutters. You can delete anything! Loosen the nut holding the wheel in place and the blade will pop out. (You may have to use a wrench to loosen it the first time. They made it WAY too tight at the factory. After the first time, just hand tighten it). The wheel is easy to clean and sharp. It slices pizza with no fuss, and hard pressing on the aluminum pizza pan didn't damage the STEEL wheel. The handle is comfortable. There is a hole so you can hang it on the wall. I like the plastic wheel cover.
