I saw this in a YouTube hair video and decided to try it. I love it. It turns off automatically after about 10 minutes. The tips are really soft, don't tangle in your hair. And I'm a black woman with curly curly hair. I even use it on the scalps of 4, 10 and 12 year olds. I have not used it as a neck or back massager and do not intend to use it. Charging is holding up pretty well. I left it without a charger for about 3-4 days and it was as strong as a freshly charged one. I can definitely recommend this device!
