I bought it and then returned it but while I had it the product worked for me. I originally needed this because my computer is in the guest room and my TV is in the living room. I wanted to be able to play PC games in the living room so I took this and tried it out. This worked well enough, but I ended up with some screen cracking/odd color textures, so I returned it. However, I will say that it definitely could have been the ethernet cable I bought and not those extension cords. I haven't had another ethernet cable long enough that I couldn't test another cable and rule out an extension cord or bad cable. In any case, it did what I needed and if I had another cable to test I'd probably keep it to myself. I ended up using just a RevainBasics 25ft ethernet cable, drilled a hole in the wall and connected my computer to the TV that way.
