So far, these have been perfect for my needs! I ordered them to make some perfect creme brulee with my new immersion cooker, and these will make some truly "king" sized creme brulee (it was a little too much for my mother, who said its too rich to eat so much of it, but i say more is more!) You could probably just cook the creme brulee inside of these if you are able to seal it enough and weigh them down properly, but i just cooked everything in a bag and then transferred it over. Easy to clean, just soaked it in water for a little to loosen the caramelized sugar, and wipe it off, then pop it in the top rack of my dishwasher. Overall, really good.
