On the plus side, this dustpan is well made and durable. The color is nice too. However, that doesn't work for me. First, the uncomfortable grip. It's open at the back and when I squeeze it my hand hurts. Also, it's difficult to operate even though it's designed for cornering. You have to maneuver the litter so small pieces don't fall through the large slats. It would be easier if all fins/holes/openings were the same size and clearly not too big. And finally, the handle is also a bit short. Overall, it's not worth my time or effort to return, so I'll keep it as a backup in case my "good" shovel fails.
