I got an iPad for work and have to carry it in a backpack full of tools. I needed something durable, but most durable cases don't protect the display, which is the most vulnerable part of an iPad, especially the newer "cheaper" iPad. Not only was this case durable, but it also had a screen cover/valve. This provides protection for the entire device. But the flap is not perfect. Although it closes the screen, it doesn't stay in place like on other occasions. It slips off easily and doesn't stay straight. The valve is also not suitable as a stand. Once you put it in the stand, it won't stay. The magnet used on the valve is very weak. Installation is easy, but taking it off is a little difficult. Once it's firmly in place, it's difficult to remove the rubber cover, so you'll need to unclip all the tabs around the plastic cover before releasing the tablet. The kit does not include a protective film, but you can install a soft one that will not affect the case.
