I used bandages before purchasing this wonderful little bandage. My doctor said it was my best friend and she was right. Yes it hurts because my muscle and rib is pulled in and I can move better, helps with pain and I don't have to hold my side to every movement anymore. Follow the instructions and you will be fine. I highly recommend it to you and they are sold for men and women and I have big breasts and size XL to my great surprise because the plus size is just a design and curved for the female body and bra which was unbearable before me that got attach.
