I first bought a stand for my laptop but thinking about my desk I bought three. I use risers for my iMacs and for a laptop on my desk which is very helpful in the workspace department. I can put items under the risers and it helps a lot to get rid of the clutter in the workplace. The straps are very well made and have a very slim design. They are heavy, which is very convenient when placing expensive computers and laptops on them. Highly recommended.
