Review on 😷 Universal Protective Safety Goggles Glasses by Dale Rylander

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Designed for a wide face and small head. Holds glasses.

I have a 23" head circumference (Big Hat 7 3/8) and can only wear these glasses with the strap fully extended. The rubber piece that fits over the face is open on both sides for me and all the people who have tried it at my workplace. I measure 6 inches from side to side of this pad, but it's almost impossible to measure your face this way. It works, but it doesn't seal the dust from the rims of the eyes. You can use them with prescription glasses though, so it's a handy, unadvertised feature. I wish they came in a case, protective sleeve or something other than a plastic bag. They really need protection when you're not using them. There's no bezel around the clear lenses, and the center of your primary field of vision is the part that naturally comes into contact with the surface as you lower them. It's almost impossible to put them down without leaning on a clear lens in the viewing area. Thus, whether scratch resistant or not, this area is susceptible to damage and dirt. I didn't have any fogging issues when wearing them, but they are quite open on the sides so there was a lot of dusty airflow. I had wrinkles on my forehead and nose from the pressure where the mask was tight. Other people have complained of pressure on the cheeks and bridge of the nose. I tested this mask for UV protection and it did not filter UV as far as I could tell. use at my workplace.
