I adopted 2 German shepherds who were puppy breeders. They never lived in anything but metal boxes in a warehouse-like building. Of course they weren't hacked. Not 1 bit. I'm still struggling with training, but I photographed the dogs' favorite potty on my rug. Despite my best efforts, they have used this place many times. Following the directions, I have used the Resolve Pet Expert on every accident of both types and the carpet has been spotlessly clean. There is no smell at all. I can't recommend it highly enough. If you have a newly adopted untrained pet, save your carpet, hardwood floor and sanity and use it!
