Not good for laptops as advertised

I couldn't connect to my wifi and keep getting error codes. No connection possible at the moment. Now when you say the BIOS needs to be updated, update the BIOS before the process is complete and the BIOS with the error code cannot be updated. The speaker of the device is not of very good quality. Return with full refund.
