I like that you can easily create an event with all your collaborators in one place without having them go back into their calendars or emails again later; this is very helpful! The scheduling of events has been difficult at times because some people don't have access right away (i'm looking especially here towards my boss who's not always accessible). It would be nice if there was more detailed information about each person attending so we could see how much time they've got available - but maybe Google knows better than me? This software definitely helps us organize our work as well communicate effectively amongst ourselves by using shared calendar/meeting spaces where everyone goes when creating meetings etc.; I'd say most importantly though its helped keep track of deadlines which makes things run smoothly throughout projects!!
