I love that my manager has access to all of our time sheets, so we can be sure not to miss any hours worked or paid out. It's nice to have it integrated with Paychex payroll and with Quickbooks accounting software as well. The notifications are sometimes delayed by several days before they reach me in realtime via email. This could potentially cause an issue if you're traveling during those times when your manager/supervisor will have direct access to your information. If someone needs to contact me while I'm away, they need to call their supervisor first. They should also check regularly into the status of things such as payouts and reimbursements.
