Finally got around to using this for the first time today.The noise level on this trimmer was pretty good, it's not loud and the pitch isn't high.The trouble is the metal blade gets hot after about 30-40 seconds of use. I couldn't figure out why my dog (who is great at having his feet trimmed) suddenly started yanking his foot way. Then I touched the blade. it was scalding.Sadly I can't return this as my other half threw the box away before I could test it.

I thought it would work better than my husband's trimmer but it does not. I thought because it was small in size it would get between the paw pads easier which it does but it doesn't cut the first so not satisfied with this tool.

My miniature schnauzer hates scary noises, this is far from scary. I was able to trim around her eyes, mouth and ears! I like it. She didn’t freak out. I recommend.

This is awesome, small enough for my poodles paws, powerful so it allows me to get the job done quickly. He could tolerate the vibration.

This clipper is perfect for shaving feet, around the eyes or a sani clip! Love that it is cordless and battery lasts a very long time. I have a big corded Andis clipper which is great for my dog's body but I need something smaller for the feet. This clipper is not for shaving the whole dog. This is a great addition to my grooming tools, I highly recommend this clipper.

My Corgi approves this trimmer over manual scissor cutting of his paw beans fur. I give him pawdicure once a month, and this trimmer cut the fur between the paw beans cleanly and quickly, so I can get through my task without him fussing. He doesn’t mind the minor vibration nor the blades touching his paws. The rechargeable battery lasts through the entire pawdicure session. Just be sure to charge it fully before the session. Highly recommend.

With a new puppy, noises are often scary and can freak the dog out. My puppy, especially, has a difficult time not getting scared by new experiences and noises. With this paw trimmer, though, my puppy had no problem! So wished I’d bought this years ago. I have the normal size usb clippers and they’re great also, but for doing ears and feet this is divine. Doesn’t seem to startle her as much as the larger ones, quieter and able to reach small places and not as warm as some clippers I’ve had that could cook an egg. Great price, I’d been watch it for a bit then it hit a lightning deal and I snagged a set.

The trimmer has a snap on guard & when used, hardly any hair is cut. If you take off the guard, its just the blade which takes too much. I do like the light but not worth it.

Something isn’t right blade isn’t sharp enough it seems to use on poodle toes and ears so of no use to me wasted my money The clipper may overheat with extended use!

I bought this in the hopes that the smaller trimmer would bother her less when I trimmed her paw pads. I can't see that there is a blade in there, and you can't adjust the blade. It does NOT cut the fur on my dog's paws. However, it is great for trimming around the genital area, I like that it has a light, and it does have two speeds.

The included comb will not clip on after the first time removing it. The noise level doesn't seem lower than other clippers I have.

I’ve been trimming my dogs fur for years and needed new, small clippers for his paws. Never had a problem with a pair. These just don’t work. They take 10x’s longer than any other pair I’ve used (which my dog hates) and they don’t trim all the fur. and he’s a Maltese- they have thin fur. This little trimmer actually works great. Its so small it can get into the little space between the pads. Its pretty quiet for a trimmer so the pups don't get too scared. I like that it is rechargeable so I don't have to buy batteries, but why did they use a USB cable with a weird two prong plug like an old radio. They should have just use the standard micro USB connection, if you lose the cable it comes with your out of luck. I tried it on myself and it works without cutting skin so its safe…

I used it on my 10 lb Yorkie's feet, around the eyes and rear end with success. It works great for my needs. It did not heat up nor did the battery run low. I love the light as I have a hard time seeing clearly at times.
