First off, let me say that I have almost 30 iWill storage units that I've bought over the last few years and absolutely love them. I have never had a reason to try another company's storage products as every item I ordered was of high quality and perfectly suited to my needs. Until now. These storage boxes are not as well made as other iWill products I have purchased. The fabric isn't bad, but that's how it's sewn, that's it. The four sides form a flattened rectangle, quite flattened even with the bottom support installed. I can get it to open long enough to put the lid on, which makes the box ok at this point, but when I remove the lid the box reverts to its flattened shape and everything inside scatters. I bought a light gray set and a dark gray set and both sets have the same problem. It's hard to tell if this is a bad batch or if this style causes problems all the time. Anyway, I'm very disappointed in them.
