The best part of working at AspireShip has been being able to work directly under my manager (Karen) who always makes sure I'm happy about everything that goes along with our business! She's very knowledgeable when it comes to sales processes/prospecting so having her there helps me out tremendously! It can be difficult sometimes figuring what direction we should go or how things are going but Karen keeps us all accountable by keeping track of every single thing she does daily. There have not really been any downsides yet! If you're looking for an awesome team where everyone knows each other then definitely look no further than Aspirship!! They truly care for others well being which means more productivity = happier employees + customers.
