Review on CBconcept Dimmable 110 120V Flexible Outdoor by Jennifer Redmond

Purchased 24th August 2017. The jacket that houses the LED is very thick which I may have missed in the description. Because of this, it only bends in one direction. I installed it behind a new TV I just bought to add some atmospheric lighting (this is highly recommended for everyone but not with this product). I got it working but have noticed some dark areas and occasional LED flickering over the past few months. I finally checked out the DEAD LED batches I found. I estimate that about half went bad. It wouldn't be too bad, but they came out in random patches, so some areas are completely missing while others are fine. Overall I am very disappointed with this item. The LED should last for years. I watch loads of TV, but even with 8 hours a day it's only 75,000 hours of continuous use and I know bad LEDs have been around for a while.
