I like that my staff is able to get their hands dirty with projects they care about! The ability helps us keep our employees engaged in different ways than traditional training methods can provide them when it comes time to actually do something productive at work instead if sitting around all day watching videos/reading documents etc..

It provides an interesting way to engage people as well since you are doing what YOU want rather then having someone tell others how best practices should be implemented (which does happen).
