This dress has a lot of stretch because I took the medium size and needed a big one, but a big one wouldn't have been in time. It still fits great. Actually it was too big in the chest area but you don't see it because there is some kind of band that is held on the chest. It literally doesn't move, and if you take it off your shoulders like I did, it doesn't move either. I love clothes that don't need constant repairs! I got sooooo many compliments all evening. The material is not flimsy at all, but not heavy either. Looks a lot more expensive than it actually is. Buy this dress!
