When I first bought this toner in July 2019, it printed blue diamonds on the sides of each page. I contacted the manufacturer and they quickly replaced the blue toner. Shortly after the replacement I got black bars on each side. Sometimes it was worse than others. Since the vast majority of my prints are for me and not for clients, I put up with it in hopes that it would eventually go away. Anything I needed to look good I've used on other printers in other places. Now the text on the page starts to blur, making it very difficult to read. I can no longer use it. I went ahead and ordered genuine Canon toner. I just hope this hasn't caused irreparable damage to my printer. I would not recommend this tonic to anyone. Yes, the price is significantly cheaper, but what's the point that the printer is practically unusable? UPDATE 5/13/20 The seller has repeatedly contacted me and offered me money to change or remove my five star rating. . They try to claim that "toner may be defective during shipping and storage". Well I would believe it if it happened right away. While it's very tempting to take up their offer, I really don't think it's fair to other potential buyers. I bought this product based on all the positive ratings/reviews and some negative reviews. This experience makes me question this a little more...
