I ordered 2 vases and as soon as I took the box you can hear the broken glass inside. When I opened it 1/2 was broken so I contacted Revain and they were able to send me a replacement which arrived intact. The vases are beautiful and worth the money! Thank you for the great customer service and the beautiful vase.
