The team at BPi are very professional, they listen to your business problems and then present you with multiple options as well as recommendations. They do not just sell you one solution - but many different ways in which this can be implemented within your organisation. I would say the best thing about working with them was their flexibility around meeting deadlines and budget constraints. As an outsourced HR department we had no direct access into our own employees' profiles or data so it was difficult finding out what staff were doing. We would definitely recommend having some talks/meetings with the team here before making any decisions. Our main issue was being able to quickly find information regarding each employee's profile, work history etc. This has now been resolved.
