Works great. I've been using them almost every day, 12+ hours a day for 4 months. I had no problems with them at all. The hardest part is inserting a tiny magnet into the collar underneath your shirt to attach it to the collar after you've put on your tie. I did this long before I realized I could just go under the top button and use them very easily. Despite moving and stretching my shoulders (after my double shoulder surgery), I have never taken a collar off. Also, I never worried about them and didn't feel a little magnet. The only part that might be an issue is falling or losing small magnets. I'm a big guy and sometimes I find these tiny magnets difficult to handle. They slipped out of my fingers several times. The solution is either less clunky (not an option for me) or by purchasing a $15 8 button backup pack. It's definitely worth buying backup buttons so I don't have to worry about losing one here or there. This set is a great buy at $15. I wasn't worried at all about my collar going up. They also hold up great even when I straighten my tie. Very strong magnets. I once pinched my finger picking up two magnets because they were so strong and they just snapped together and caught a small piece of my skin. That way they don't lose strength as quickly. Another great purchase!
