For the price, this is one of the best Oral B replacement heads I've had. I have receding gums with hypersensitivity so softness is really important to me. These replacements are still overly complicated in my opinion compared to the original heads. I hope that they will soften a little with longer use. Currently all the bristles seem to be one piece unless you press down on the teeth very hard to make them move at all. Overall they don't hurt like some others and I haven't had any problems. with bristles/nozzle. See photo for comparison. Thanks very much!
