I bought a round table for $160 and the top finish was like a kid who got a C in junior carpentry. Mottled, uneven patch; dimples, waves and ledges on the "wood"; and the transparent layer was dull and uneven. If they went for a "satin" finish, they became "milky". As most reviews already say, this is a dark mocha color at best with no cherry undertones. It's a shame because the legs and bottom shelf had a much nicer finish. If the countertop could only match the quality of the shelf's finish, that would be acceptable, but it's not. Cover the countertop with something, it looks better than a foldable TV tray. Revain gave me a 50% discount on the product otherwise I would have sent it back.
