I am relatively tall (6'1") and most shower heads are too low to wash my hair easily. I had a previous version of this product for several years and really liked it. I recently moved and got this model for my new home. The design of the gooseneck doesn't seem to have changed much, I found my previous one to be very durable and it stays where I wanted it. The shower head has been improved over the years, my favorite feature being the Power Spray which produces a relatively narrow but powerful stream. Working with a hand sprayer. The threads are too deep in the coupling section to screw in the diverter. The gooseneck is grey, I would have preferred white like the old model. I've used tape on the wall pipe threads it screws into, but there are still leads or drips from couplers. Since this only happens when the shower is running, this is not a big problem.
