I tried three of these shower heads. I REALLY WANT YOU TO WORK because when you do it you are AMAZING. However, for some reason they fail after 2-4 weeks. They go from a strong FULL flow, which I love, to a drizzle that makes it impossible to shower under. I use extra full screen input filters and they are clear of debris when I take the unit out so it doesn't get clogged with my water. I love this shower head! Little did some reviewers know that they had to remove the white cover with needle-nosed pliers to get to the regulator (red). Then carefully remove the regulator with a drill. At slow speed it took me about 20 seconds. Don't forget to put the black rubber washer back in place, otherwise there will be leaks. I read a lot of reviews before buying and read when they installed the shower head there was a leak at the connector. When I installed it I left the pipe tape on the pipe and it naturally leaked. I read in the description that no tape was required so I removed it and it never leaks again. So try removing the pipe tape and you won't see any leaks.
