I bought 2 of these blocks to replace the old white blocks we've had since the 20+ year olds were kids. These things worked perfectly. I received the package with the excellent service I normally receive from Revain. I took the first block out of the box and was about to install it but it wouldn't let water through. I took the second device out of the box and attached it and it worked great. Thought I'd call WaterPik 1-800 customer service to see if they can help. I was connected to a person unrelated to this work. She got me into some ridiculous troubleshooting (probably because it was on a walkthrough map) and after 20 minutes (which I'll never in my life get back) wanted to send me a replacement bracket that wasn't even for my model, even though I did after reading her the model number on the packaging several times, she told me that i can expect r art in 4-6 weeks. Truth? Don't get me wrong, if this block compares in any way to the old white block I'll be a happy camper. As for after sale service from them. Much luck!
