I love this shower head! Little did some reviewers know that they had to remove the white cover with needle-nosed pliers to get to the regulator (red). Then carefully remove the regulator with a drill. At slow speed it took me about 20 seconds. Don't forget to put the black rubber washer back in place, otherwise there will be leaks. You can't detach the shower from the plastic hose, so don't even try. You will be disappointed. I had the previous white model and this one seems stronger. I love how I can adjust the neck height when I need to shower for my 2 year old. For her, I prefer this over the detachable handle because it leaves both hands free to apply soap or prevent slipping.
