The interface is easy to use and navigate. It's very intuitive and it makes life easier for our customers who are managing their business processes with GlobalStep. I had no issues with GlobalStep during my time as an employee. I do not have any dislikes about GlobalStep. If you're looking for a solution that will help your customer manage their business processes, then GlobalStep should be on top of your list. We were able to streamline our business processes using GlobalStep and automate them. This allowed us to focus on things outside of our business process. We were able to see how our business was performing compared to our goals.
