Worked great! Installs easily and is 1/3 the price of what we replaced with another brand.

This item worked great, installed easily and was significantly less expensive than similar items. We replaced a $232 model from another brand that didn't last long, so we'll see how well this one holds up. At about 1/3 the price it would at least be cheaper to replace. It uses a standard 3-pin PC power cord (which should be fairly obvious from the photos provided) and plugs nicely into a standard 3-pin 110V outlet. (Search for PC POWER CORD which will find many of these: 18 AWG Universal Power Cords for NEMA 5-15P to IEC320C13) for around $3-$5.
