I usually go for pink, but I ordered this backpack in maroon and I’m so glad I did. I would describe the color as more of a dark lipstick red, which is even better! I needed a backpack for a trip to Hawaii. As ridiculous as it sounds, I wanted something large and sturdy enough to fit a pineapple, just in case we passed by any road-side fruit stands along our travels. This backpack was perfect. The straps and the back are padded for comfort, there’s the perfect amount of storage pockets inside, the metal structure keeps it open and gives it shape, and the zippers are heavy duty. I know I already mentioned this, but again, it’s a beautiful color. Very useful on the plane ride too.
